This month I am offering a series of workshops all centered around how we can live a more conscious, connected and intentional life. These 60-minute, interactive experiences are FREE and open to anyone on their journey. Participants are invited to bring their journal and openness to growth to any workshop that appeals to them as we roll up our sleeves and do the work of reflecting deeply on life and how we’re each living it.
Wednesday, November 3: Deciding What’s Next
This workshop has completed. You can listen to the recording here:
Does it feel like you’ve entered a new season in your life or you’re about to embark on a new chapter? Are you feeling stuck, uninspired, bored or frustrated, but you haven’t any idea which direction to go in? Does it feel like it’s time to shake things up a bit?
Regardless of whether it’s a “good” feeling of excitement or a “bad” feeling of frustration, something happens when we tune into ourselves and start to feel the rumblings of this thought: it’s time for change.
Change is inevitable; our lives are always in flux. Often change happens to us, completely outside of our control and choosing. This week we’re going to focus in on the change we create for our lives, and the transitions and new beginnings we deliberately usher in. We’ll look at how we discover and clarify what’s next for us, how to navigate this process mindfully, and how we start to put the wheels in motion.
Please bring a journal or piece of paper so you can do the work of exploring this topic and how it relates specifically to your life.
This live workshop takes place on Wednesday, November 3 at 12:30pm EST (9:30am PST).
NOTE: Only the host’s audio of this workshop will be shared (not video or participant interactions). All registrants will receive a follow-up email with a link to the audio recording.
WHY ATTEND LIVE??
For the free coaching, of course! I spend the last 10 to 15 minutes of each workshop allowing participants to talk through what they’ve been reflecting on and discovering. We work together to dig for further insights and identify action plans. Since the coaching segment of each workshop isn’t recorded, only live attendees have the opportunity to hear each other dive a little deeper to gain new perspectives and ideas.
If you can’t attend live, you’ll still get the recording… which is also great. Do what you can 🙂
