I teach Mindset Management for stress reduction and optimized performance.

I use a technique called Managed Mindset Loop, which uses the science of habits to create new patterns in the subconscious mind.

Neuroscience and neuropsychology have allowed us to understand how we can hone our ability to rewire the mind so that it serves us more effectively.

When used strategically, the mind is an incredible tool. The key is learning to still and steer the mind from the inside out.

I’m a mom (two lovely daughters), a wife (15 years to Marc), and I teach people how to live a more conscious, intentional and joyful life.

Life should feel good. Your work and relationships should satisfy you without making you feel anxious, combative and overwhelmed.

Both ancient and modern wisdom have shown us that most of our suffering is self-imposed. When we learn to tune into and navigate the direction of our thoughts, we step into the driver’s seat of our lives.
