Life should feel good. Your work and relationships should satisfy you without making you feel anxious, combative and overwhelmed. You deserve to have time for what matters.

Both ancient and modern wisdom have shown us that most of our suffering is self-imposed. The good news is:

  • We can learn to tune into and navigate the direction of our thoughts, and step into the driver’s seat of our lives;
  • Our minds are malleable; we can change our thoughts and patterns, which change our outcomes.

My work is to help my clients feel steadier and more purposeful. As a result, my core teachings focus on ways we can understand ourselves more, build more awareness, and use daily practices to improve our wellness, productivity, energy, growth, happiness and relationships.

I work with people who want to grow on purpose.
