Hmmmmm… who is this Kristen Manieri?

Well, I’m a mom (two lovely daughters), a wife (15 years to Marc), I run a successful media company, and I teach people how to live a more conscious, intentional and joyful life.

Hmmmmm… who is this Kristen Manieri?

Well, I’m a mom (two lovely daughters) and I’m a wife (15 years to Marc), and I run a successful media company.

I spend an inordinate amount of time learning, reading and contemplating life.

I am fascinated by the human experience and obsessed with neuroscience and neuropsychology.

I wake up very, very, very early. I read a lot of books.

I love deeply. I travel as much as possible. I seek wonderment, awe, adventure and laughter.

If you reveal to me your hurts and your dreams, I will literally never forget them or you. Not ever.

Every day I choose to thrive and give others a permission slip to do the same.

I’m always trying to get better. Not because I’m broken or in need of fixing, but because evolving is what humans are designed to do. And while we humans are completely cuckoo, we’re surprisingly predictable when we start to watch our wiring. I’m committed to being more than my patterns and tendencies. I am committed to living an awakened life.

So with lightness and love I lead myself and others on a journey to transcend AND also love this human experience.

Along the way,
these fun things have happened:

  • I was featured in Good Housekeeping Magazine.
  • I wrote more than 100 freelance writing stories for places like Huffington Post, Your Tango, Pop Sugar, West Jet Magazine and Food Network.
  • I became a regular contributor to The Gottman Institute.
  • I won awards like Best Blogger, Women of the Year, 40 Under 40 and Emerging Leader.
  • I started a non-profit (Do Good Date Night) that inspired hundreds of people to volunteer.
  • I’ve appeared on affiliates for Fox, NBC and The Weather Network.

But, who cares? What really matters is what I can do for you!
