I’m the host of 60 Mindful Minutes, an Apple top 100 social science podcast. This weekly podcast launched in 2017 and has since showcased interviews with over 100 authors and thought leaders.
Both ancient and modern wisdom have shown us that most of our suffering is self-imposed. Two things determine the life we’re living: our habits and our level of consciousness.
Certified as both a habits coach and mindfulness teacher, my work is to help my clients feel steadier, sturdier and more successful. As a result, my core teachings focus on the cultivation of a daily practices for wellness, productivity, energy, growth, happiness, relationships and prioritizing personal well-being.
