This month I am offering a series of workshops all centered around how we can live a more conscious, connected and intentional life. These 60-minute, interactive experiences are FREE and open to anyone on their journey. Participants are invited to bring their journal and openness to growth to any workshop that appeals to them as we roll up our sleeves and do the work of reflecting deeply on life and how we’re each living it.
WHY ATTEND LIVE??
For the free coaching, of course! I spend the last 15 to 20 minutes of each workshop allowing participants to talk through what they’ve been reflecting on and discovering. We work together to dig for further insights and identify action plans. Since the coaching segment of each workshop isn’t recorded, only live attendees have the opportunity to hear each other dive a little deeper to gain new perspectives and ideas.
If you can’t attend live, you’ll still get the recording… which is also great. Do what you can 🙂

What are you saying “yes” to that perhaps you’re actually a “no” to? In what areas of your life do you seem to compromise more than others? When you look at the pie chart of your life, how big is the slice that’s just for you and your needs? Does the way you’re treated in some of your key relationships really align for you? Where in your life have agreements been broken, altered or messily created?
When we’re not aware or conscious, we tend to default to the parts of ourselves that prioritize being accepted, liked and praised. It’s not just the so-called “people pleasers” who do this; we all do it, because belonging and connection are such universal drivers of all humans.
But when we sacrifice our needs or dishonor ourselves in pursuit of belonging, we aren’t being true to ourselves or relating to ourselves like we really matter. And we DO matter. Let’s dive into creating boundaries this week to look at how we could design a life that truly honors this truth: I matter.
Please bring a journal or piece of paper so you can do the work of exploring this topic and how it relates specifically to your life.
