WEDNESDAY WORKSHOP: How to Have More Time for Yourself (November 10)

This workshop has completed. You can listen to the recording here: kristenmanieri.com/wednesday-workshops. It will be available a few days after the live session.

Wednesday, November 10: How to Have More Time for Yourself

When we look at the landscape of our lives and notice that most of our time is given to others, it can provoke feelings of unfairness, resentment or grief. In the midst of all of your commitments, obligations and relationships, there’s a “you” in there that would like his or her fair share of the pie.

Being intentional about creating more time for ourselves is less about having a “me first” mentality and more about having a “me too” approach. When we start to see just how deserving we each are, and how much it matters that our needs are met too, we start to find ways to create space for ourselves in the midst of all of our doing and giving.

The truth is that the best of you comes out when you’re well tended to. The world doesn’t need or want who we become when we’ve given too much of ourselves and have’t found time to refill our own tanks.

In this session we will focus on why and how you can create more time for yourself, what needs to be modified in your life in order to accommodate it and ways you can create habits, rituals and routines that give you what you need with consistency.

Please bring a journal or piece of paper so you can do the work of exploring this topic and how it relates specifically to your life.

This live workshop takes place on Wednesday, November 10 at 12:30pm EST (9:30am PST).

NOTE: Only the host’s audio of this workshop will be shared (not video or participant interactions). All registrants will receive a follow-up email with a link to the audio recording.

For the free coaching, of course! I spend the last 10 to 15 minutes of each workshop allowing participants to talk through what they’ve been reflecting on and discovering. We work together to dig for further insights and identify action plans. Since the coaching segment of each workshop isn’t recorded, only live attendees have the opportunity to hear each other dive a little deeper to gain new perspectives and ideas.

If you can’t attend live, you’ll still get the recording… which is also great. Do what you can 🙂
