Until… I began to cultivate a daily centering practice.
In June 2017 I got my wake-up call. And I realized that the only way to “wake up,” and have any chance of staying awake, was to start tuning into myself every day, to examine how I was living and being and whether that was aligned with my true self.
After a few months, I noticed something amazing: I was starting to return to my center throughout the day, not just during my morning practice.
I started to feel more awake. And with this new sense of consciousness and observation, my life started to change.
The more I strengthened my ability to be the observer of my life, versus lost IN my life, the steadier and sturdier I felt. The more I tuned in, the better I became at riding the waves and tides of life.
