A six-month performance- and growth-centered program designed to increase efficiency, productivity, work satisfaction, awareness and balance.

Areas of focus include:

  • eliminating burnout
  • creating clarity in systems and direction
  • learning to effectively manage work demands with available resources (pulsing versus marathoning)
  • prioritizing essentialism and flow

This program targets mindset but also organization, systems, habits and schedules. It is highly tactical and performance-focused.
