Permission to Thrive with Regina Louise

Regina Louise is fierce. You’d have to be to have gotten through what she’s experienced in her lifetime. But she’s turned her adversity into fuel and turned the insights from her life trials and tribulations into wisdom. Along the way, she’s learned to live unapologetically and fearlessly. Through her book, Permission Granted, she’s inspiring others to do the same.

In our conversation, we discuss:

  • Moving through adversity;
  • Tenaciously and bravely processing our own lives;
  • Self-love as an act of resistance, a practice of resilience;
  • How we give ourselves permission to thrive.

This interview will inspire and move you. Listen wherever you stream podcasts (Apple, Spotify, iHeart Radio) or listen here:
