How to Develop Intuition with Kim Chestney

This week we’re diving into the topic of our inner guidance system… otherwise known as our intuition. Intuition is a universal skill, but not all of us have learned to develop, strengthen and nurture it. “Your intuition speaks to you every day; all you need to do is learn to understand it,” writes author Kim Chestney in her new book, Radical Intuition: A Revolutionary Guide to Using Your Inner Power.

This week, I’m excited to share a conversation I recently had with Kim Chestney, who has spent nearly two decades exploring the enormous role that intuition plays in all areas of our lives. She set out on a quest to learn everything there is to know about it and as a result of her research and practice, she developed a powerful methodology for how anyone can tap into their inner wisdom in extraordinary ways.

In our conversation this week, we discuss:

  • The importance of spending time alone;
  • Creating a lifestyle of insightfulness;
  • How intuition and mindfulness intersect;
  • Learning to tune into resonance;
  • Developing trust with ourselves and our inner voices.

When we move beyond the limits of our thinking mind and tap into an inner wisdom beyond our intellect and reason, we have the opportunity to expand our consciousness and bring the world together like never before.

I loved this conversation and can’t wait to share it with you.
