Welcome back!
To recap yesterday’s session, you’ve got this wonderful magnificent brain but it doesn’t prioritize living an awakened life. When we get the sense of what it feels like to live more consciously, we start to see that we have much more control over how we respond to the world around us.
But the ability to cultivate conscious awareness is something that is developed over time, with a lot of practice. How we practice is through a habit of daily centering. Today’s session is going to start to define what a daily practice is and looks like so you can start to shape and design what it becomes for you.
