Get still. Find your center. Master your mind.

Awakened Living is a four-week group course delivered through LIVE video calls, weekly journaling prompts and readings.

We live a hurried, jam-packed life. The days and months fly by in a flurry of routines and commitments. We’re constantly in motion with a never-ending onslaught of distractions to occupy our minds and hearts. Tuning into ourselves has become nearly impossible.

We all need stillness. It’s in the white spaces of our lives that we find perspective and truth. IT’S WHERE WE FIND OURSELVES.

The only way to live an awakened, authentic life is to find space for reflection and time to tune in. It’s in these moments of solitude that we can, as Socrates prescribed, live an examined life.  It’s in these moments that we pull back the frame of our lives and ask:

  • What’s important to me?
  • Am I living in alignment with my true self?
  • Am I happy? Fulfilled?
  • Do I really know who I am?

It’s in these moments that we SLOW… WAY… DOWN and become the witness of our lives.

We need to come home to ourselves. It’s time to take ourselves off autopilot. With love, compassion and zero judgements, it’s time to wake ourselves up.

Awakened Living Graduate

The Awakened Living course was exactly what I needed to start focusing on myself again. The weekly readings and journal prompts provide our group with a common platform where we can share our experiences, learn from one another and grow together inch by inch. I am so grateful for the wonderful community of like-minded mamas we have created and I look forward to our call every week.

I’ve already taken action on a few things as a result of this journey so I am very grateful for this class and the catalyst it has become for me to put more energy into self-care and self-love.
