These FREE, 60-minute gatherings will offer a reflective opportunity to gain some perspective and clarity.
These workshops are a way to come together to do our inner work in a safe, inclusive, inspiring and thought-provoking space.
Whether I’m interviewing a guest on my podcast, writing a book or a blog post, coaching a client or teaching a workshop, my work is always aimed at helping others (and myself) live a more conscious, connected and intentional life. Join me for this weekly opportunity to rise above the noise of daily life, turn inward and get clear.

- Interaction is encouraged but not necessary;

Wednesday, October 13: What’s Taking Up Space
We carry a lot. Sometimes it’s worry or regret. Maybe we have unfinished projects or unresolved conflict weighing us down. Maybe it’s just clutter. Regardless, our thoughts take up space, especially when they seem to go unresolved, feel unsettled or cause us to ruminate for long periods of time without any productive action or resolution.
Join me for a 60-minute, interactive workshop with an aim to identify what may be taking up (too much) space in your mind, burdening you unnecessarily and robbing you of energy and creativity that would be best served elsewhere. Get clarity, let some things go, decide on a way forward, and get intentional about liberating yourself from whatever is weighing you down.
Please bring a journal or piece of paper so you can do the work of exploring this topic and how it relates specifically to your life.
