Mindfulness is a powerful tool for staying calm, centered, and steady―but it can be challenging to remember to stay mindful. Meditation is helpful, but real change happens when we can integrate mindfulness into the everyday living of our lives through habits. In this episode, I’m interviewed by my friend and fellow author, Erica Boucher, about my new book, Better Daily Mindfulness Habits: Simple Changes with Lifelong Impact, which comes out July 13, 2021.
In our conversation, we discuss:
- How to remember to be mindful;
- The habit loop;
- Self-directed neuroplasticity;
- Habits that help us to be more present and feel more peaceful.
I’m so excited to share my new book and this interview with you. Listen wherever you stream podcasts (Apple, Spotify, iHeart Radio) or listen here:
